  1. I like that you’re criticizing this song because everyone seems to love it. If you actually listen to the lyrics, it is a misogynistic song. Drake is criticizing a woman for having fun on her own and going out and becoming popular without him. He’s trying to shame her into staying at home and being at his beck and call. I think that definitely is a reflection of our culture of keeping woman subordinate to men, as illustrated with your second photo. I’m not quite sure what your first photo is saying, but it is a striking image. Perhaps it is referencing the caveman-like attitudes of songs like this?
